• Software programmers include Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Bridge and Nikon Capture NX
  Performed live demonstrations of photography equipment at trade fair shows
   

• Organised bride and groom models to attract crowds and create immediate revenue
  Resolved customer complaints through communication with head office
   

• Organised replacement cameras to be delivered to hotel to ensure client satisfaction
  Administrated system of loan cameras and lenses at Silverstone
   

• Kept accurate log of contact details and ensured that all items were returned by the end of event
  Developed knowledge of digital photography to an expert level
   

• Advised professional photographers of techniques relating to in-camera settings, flash and lenses
