As the World Cup approaches, the globe is electrified with football fever. The anticipation and excitement for this prestigious tournament are undeniable, as millions of fans from diverse backgrounds unite to celebrate their shared passion for the beautiful game.

The beautiful game is the world's favourite sport. It brings people together no matter where they're from. It stirs up all sorts of feelings, from pure joy to letdowns, creating moments that really hit home for both individuals and communities.

Celebrations in London of the Lionesses' Women's Euros wins

After England Women's amazing wins at Euro 2022 and in 2025, I decided to capture the celebrations that took over London.

With my camera in hand, I headed into the West End. Excited Lionesses fans gathered in huge numbers, all brought together by their passion for the sport and their team. The atmosphere was electric, full of laughter, cheers, and that special kind of togetherness only sports can bring.

I wanted to create a snapshot of the good vibes and excitement that swept through the fans during these historic times. Every time I clicked the shutter, I aimed to capture a moment in time—the joy on the fans' faces, the St. George's flags flying high, and the colourful three lions kits everywhere. More importantly, I wanted to show who we are as Londoners - People who aren't afraid of having a good time!
